Shipping and Returns
- All orders are processed and shipped within 2 - 4 business days with the exception of custom orders and products that are made to order. If additional processing time is required, then it will be noted on the product page.
- We ship via UPS and USPS. Orders shipped to post office box addresses will be shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) via First Class or Priority Mail.
- As a result of Covid-19 limitations, rushed and expedited shipping are not available at this time.
- Most orders are prepared and shipped from our studio in Culver City, California and sometimes products arrive separately.
- To simplify shipping and handling charges, we organize costs by the dollar amount of your order before discounts are applied. Please note that these charges apply per recipient address.
- International shipping is coming soon but not available at this time.
- We encourage you to join our email subscriber list at the bottom of the page for FREE SHIPPING codes and exclusives!
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Return items must be in the original packaging and in new condition. Once the return is processed and approved, your original form of payment will be refunded minus shipping costs which serves as the restocking fee.
Please note all custom products, sale items, and seasonal items (Holiday/Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, calendars/planners, etc.) are FINAL SALE and not returnable.
